A Case of the Mondays #14

Oh gosh! I’m struggling today! Probably because this past weekend was really a TRUE weekend, meaning I was off both days and had a traditional weekend to just hang out! I can’t remember when the last time I had a weekend when I didn’t do any work was! AND it was so beautiful out yesterday and is supposed to be really pretty today. I know it’s going to be hard for me to concentrate on work!

Over the weekend our friends Meghan and Corey got engaged!! Corey planned a surprise party for Meghan’s birthday and invited all of her friends and family, and then he proposed to her right after she arrived! Two big surprises in one! I have to hand it to him though, because he really planned every detail out, including having his son be the one to give her the ring!

I took a few pictures of the proposal!

Sunday we went to Colonial Williamsburg with two of our good friends. We ate lunch at the famous Cheese Shop (my first time!!) where I had this amazing sandwich with these fancy tomatoes and a peach flavored beer! If that wasn’t enough delicious food, I ate funnel cake fries and the best limeade I’ve ever had for dessert!

The best part of the day though was seeing these baby lambs! Lambs have to be the cutest animals! Shortly after seeing them I decided I want to open a zoo full of baby animals only! Some of the mom animals can be there, but most of the population will be BABIES. Doesn’t that sound awesome??
