It’s the first day of May and things are feeling back in full swing around here! I’m double fisting cups of coffee this morning as I upload all of the images from the beautiful things we photographed this weekend. While it may still have technically been Spring this weekend, it felt like the start of Summer had arrived early! Both days were hot and humid, but you wouldn’t have known that to look at these sneak peeks I’m about to share!

Saturday we photographed Mica and Conor’s wedding at Pippin Hill Farms and Vineyards in Charlottesville! Pippin Hill is one of my all time favorite wineries and it was such a joy to be a part of Mica and Conor’s wedding alongside Just a Little Ditty, Ginger Topham, Photosynthesis Florals, and more!

Sunday we woke up early to prepare for the first ever Styled Experience with Katie Nesbitt! I have been dreaming about putting together a gay wedding shoot for what feels like forever and to finally see it come to fruition and get to share it with fellow photographers was incredible!

I can’t share too many of those images just yet…but here’s a little peek at what As You Wish cooked up for the shoot with Ginger and Blooms, Sweet Fix, Paisley and Jade, and Ceindy Doodles.

Lots of good stuff coming to the blog this week! We’ll also be prepping for another weekend full of shooting and with good weather in the forecast, I’m hoping to sneak out to pick strawberries one morning! What’s on your agenda this week?
