I was so excited to finally meet Kelsey and Matt the other week for their engagement session in Colonial Williamsburg! Especially after having to reschedule their photos a couple of times thanks to the rainy spring we had this year! I can’t ever remember a year when I’ve had to postpone so many shoots! We were grateful when we finally got a beautiful day to work with these two!

They drove down to Colonial Williamsburg for their engagement photos because it’s such a special place to the both of them. Kelsey’s family has a lot of history there (they actually have a pew in the historic Bruton Parish chapel!) and it’s also where Matt proposed to Kelsey after a scavenger hunt!

Kelsey and Matt are so sweet and silly and fun together! Their wedding is going to be such a great time, I can’t wait! Here are a few of my favorite images from their session:)
