One of the things I love most about Off Season (yes, I capitalized it!), is that I get the opportunity to take on projects I might be too busy for in my prime wedding season…one of those things is intimate elopements! I’ve shot a few of these now, and I think I love everything about them! They’re so much fun to shoot! And usually I have so much more time than normal for portraits, which is always a good thing! This Off Season you guys may see me branching out quite a bit! But we’ll see:)
Kelly and Ryan were married this November on the perfect Fall Saturday! There was just a hint of crispness in the air, and the leaves were at their peak, which meant a gorgeous backdrop for their portraits! Only 11 people (including Kelly and Ryan, myself, their minister, and pianist) attended their sweet ceremony at the church where Kelly grew up, but they set up a google hangout for other friends and family to watch…such a cool idea!! Technology is amazing!! I was so honored to be a part of this special occasion and capture these memories for them.
Here are a few of my favorite portraits!!
Kelly brought this cute sign from Etsy for their family portrait…their family was so fun!!
Awww! That family portrait!! So perfect!!!
I love the family picture too, such a special day!
Gorgeous! The couple is just glowing + I love love love the family portrait!!
This is so cute! Awwww!
Beautiful wedding pictures! Kelly and Ryan are looking great together. Love your style of capturing these beautiful moments of Kelly and Ryan’s wedding day. Great job Katie. Thanks for sharing these lovely wedding features here.
