I just realized I’ve been doing this series for over a year (and the Monday recap posts even longer before the series had a name!!). I can’t believe how fast time flies. And the scary thing is, people keep telling me it goes by even faster when you have kids (no, we don’t have any on the way…). It’s hard for me to imagine time going by any faster than it already does. I wish it would slow down a little bit! Or maybe we can just get to the warm weather and THEN it can slow down?

Lately we have been meeting with so many new potential clients, it’s been so exciting!! I am so thankful to have such a great group of couples this year so far!! We are almost fully booked for the year, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! We decided to take on fewer weddings this year than last year so we could ensure we are always providing each couple with a personalized experience. I think we did great with that last year, but this year with a few less weddings we are really going to be able to take it to the next level and I can’t wait!!

Speaking of our awesome couples, we got to meet and hang out with Liz and Alex this weekend in DC and Alexandria! Here’s a peek at their engagement session! I can’t wait to share more this week!

The rest of the weekend we literally spent putting together our new bedroom and watching  House of Cards Season 2. We watched it all, except for the LAST THREE EPISODES which I’m hoping to finish off tonight. It’s killing me to wait til John gets home to continue watching, but I know he’d be so mad if I kept going haha. Is anyone else addicted to this show too? It’s funny to me how the main character, Frank, is essentially a villain, but I can’t help wanting him to win and get what he wants! Craziness.

My goals for this week:

• Order film for wppi
• Order and try out solid shampoo (suggestions on brands??)
• Write out my “monthly duty day plan”
• Submit the rest of my 2013 weddings
• Reorganize email inbox
• Spin class
