This past weekend flew by in a blur! I feel like I was just waking up for my Friday morning workout…and here we are and it’s Monday morning already!

This Saturday I photographed Karen and Dave’s wedding…on a boat!! Their ceremony and reception were held on the Cherry Blossom Riverboat in Alexandria. After shooting over 150 weddings, this was the very first time I’ve photographed a wedding on a boat!! It was such a neat experience and I’m glad to have been a part of their day.

I can’t wait to share more…everything about this was so pretty, especially the florals by Sweet Root Village!

Sunday ended up being the perfect day for a beach day! I’m trying to soak in as many of these beautiful days as I can before it ends up being too hot to spend any amount of time outside.

Today’s looking a little gloomy so far, but that’s fine by me…I’ve got lots of office work to get me through my Monday, including editing more from Karen and Dave’s wedding! Hope you all have a great week!
