There’s nothing like getting back into the swing of wedding season! I’m recuperating today after a busy working weekend, but had to pop in to share a few previews of what I was up to!

Friday afternoon I met Laura and Alex in Adams Morgan for their engagement session! We started the session at a cute little Mexican restaurant where they first met at Sunday Brunch! I’m a huge fan of brunch myself, so I loved that they incorporated this into the session!!

After treating myself to Shake Shack (one of my favorite treats to get when I’m nearby!!) and spending the rest of Friday night relaxing, I spent my Cinco de Mayo photographing Madeleine and Blake’s wedding at Dahlgren Chapel in Georgetown and the Congressional Country Club! How beautiful and classic are they?? Everything about their day was elegant and well thought out!

Fun random fact: my wedding Cinco de Mayo weekend last year also had its ceremony at Dahlgren Chapel!! You can see that wedding here if you’re interested.
