It’s been a while since one of these sneak peek posts! It feels like it’s been a really long time since the last wedding season came to an end. This new one is just beginning, and I’m so excited for all that’s ahead! I started things off with a busy weekend in Frederick and Silver Spring, Maryland photographing two couples. The first, Jonna and Cliff, have never had professional photographs done, despite the fact that Jonna is actually a photographer herself!  I really enjoyed spending the evening with the two of them wandering around some of their favorite neighborhood spots. And, I met their kitty, Louie, too!

On Friday, my friend Serena and I photographed Jessica and Tim’s wedding day at Walker’s Overlook! It was such a sweet, heartfelt day that I felt so glad to be a part of! And, I can’t get over that LIGHT! The following two photos are a PSA for why you should schedule extra portrait time during sunset! Can’t get this look except for two times a day…sunrise and sunset!

This week is going to be a busy one for me! In addition to all of the editing and normal business things I have on my to-do list, we are also filming our promo film this week! Cross your fingers for me…I tend to get awkward very quickly when a camera is pointed in my direction!
