So, confession time. Sometimes I get a little bit nervous when the first time I meet a bride and groom is on their wedding day! I’m somewhat of an introvert, so I love it when we get a chance to get to know our couples before the big day! We didn’t get a chance to meet Laura and Will for an engagement session prior to the wedding since they live in Colorado, but we were so thrilled to finally meet them this past Saturday on their wedding day!

Though we experienced almost every type of weather possible, I loved how Laura and Will just let it all roll off their backs (rain pun intended…it started raining right during their vows!!) and stayed so focused on each other and the wedding day. I never saw Laura not smiling!

King Family Vineyards was the perfect backdrop! I loved shooting there and felt that the overcast skies just added something special to the already gorgeous Charlottesville mountains!
