It’s already the last week of November! Can you believe that? The next time you read one of these Monday posts it will be DECEMBER. That’s just crazy!

I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! Long weekends are the best, but coming back to work after one is so hard. And it’s really hard to come back to work after Thanksgiving because all I want to do now is drop all of my work and start watching Christmas movies and baking gingerbread cookies.

Some highlights from this weekend:

• BLACK FRIDAY!!! I used to HATE Black Friday when I worked retail, but now that I’m off to get to be on the other side, I love it!  This year I got two gel down alternative pillows for $4.88 each and 6 of the Harry Potter movies on Blu ray for $3.96 each!

• We might have possibly seen a motorcade the president was in while we were in DC. I can’t say for sure because I couldn’t really see much.

• Skipping traffic! We woke up early on Sunday morning to beat the traffic on our way home. It was so nice not having to sit on 95 for hours and hours and we made it home in time to have a 24 marathon on Netflix (we’re up to season 4 now!).
