I was so excited to hear from Victoria when she started planning her wedding! I met her way back during my office job days, before I was even a photographer. She would come in and work in our little office during the summer when she was home from school and I always looked forward to having her around because her sense of humor made the workdays so much more fun. It’s so cool and such a full circle type moment to get to work with someone from that part of my life!

We decided to photograph their session at sunrise at the Lincoln memorial. Sunrise is such a great choice for summer sessions…not only is the light unbeatable, but you capitalize on the weather being a bit cooler in the morning AND you are much less likely to have to deal with traffic, tourists, bugs, onlookers, etc.

Both Victoria and Brendan are so much fun and they made this session so easy to shoot!! Can’t wait for their 2020 wedding!!
