When Maria first reached out to me this past summer about photographing her wedding next year I was so excited! Her fiance`Will was one of the groomsmen at a favorite wedding of mine all the way back in 2013! It’s always such an honor to work with friends of past clients!

Maria and Will are currently living in Ann Arbor and wanted to have their engagement session at the University of Michigan to commemorate their time living there. I flew to Michigan (for four hours…literally just to shoot their session and ride to and from the airport!) just in time to catch the last of the fall foliage.

I loved getting to (briefly) visit the University of Michigan campus, but the best part of the trip was getting to spend a little time getting to know Maria and Will! They were so much fun to be around, I’m sure their wedding is going to be a blast!
