The weather outside this weekend made it pretty hard to believe it’s actually December, but it’s really here! And tomorrow we will only be THREE WEEKS away from Christmas and FOUR from 2013!

Over the weekend I did my first ever mini sessions. I’m so excited to share more from them this week, but here’s a little peek of what went down…

Sunday I learned the hard way that if you’re thinking about shooting an engagement session at a nearby tourist magnet (Colonial Williamsburg), it’s smart to look ahead of time to see if there’s anything scheduled to take place there before you schedule your shoot. CW was CRAWLING with people and cars so we ended up driving past it to shoot in a random little patch of grass beside a residential neighborhood.  It was fun times, people.

Anyway, to wrap up this Monday post, I have a question for you guys…John and I are hosting a tacky gift exchange party this weekend and we can’t decide what we should get as our gifts…any ideas? We’re running out of time to buy our gifts!
