Through my gym I’ve been really lucky to meet a ton of amazing people (including my boyfriend!) and make lots of friends. Julie and Rob are two friends I met there and I was so excited when they asked me to take some maternity photos for them!

They’re expecting their first baby (a little girl, named Grace!) in July! Since Rob is deployed in Afghanistan for a year, we met before he left at a local park to take a few photos. I honestly get a little more nervous when I’m photographing people I know through my personal life (mostly because they already know me in a less professional capacity, if that makes sense) but Julie and Rob were pros and took all of my directions and prompts with ease!
