I loved spending a beautiful, summer-like evening with Renee and Jesse in Virginia Beach last weekend! Although they live in Richmond now, they used to live together right near the beach…literally in walking distance! They decided that since their wedding photos will be in their new home, RVA, they wanted their engagement photos to be at their old home at the beach!

We met at a park that they loved going to and walked around with their puppy, Snoop (and Renee’s mom, who was on Snoop patrol while we photographed without him!) and got to hear all about their wedding plans and a funny story about a hike that ended up being SUPER long and crazy. I loved how they interacted together and how much fun they made the session!
