Wedding season kicked off this past weekend and I’m so excited to finally be back behind my camera again!! It’s been kind of a busier than usual off-season for me, but I love the energy and craziness of the Spring! I’ve got lots of engagement sessions on the calendar and another wedding coming up this next weekend, so I’ll have tons of new things to share with you guys here on the blog!!

Here’s a peek at Saturday’s wedding at the Plantation on Sunnybrook Farm!

It was my first time photographing at this Roanoke venue, but I really loved it! Jacob and Ashley were so much fun to photograph and the entire day went incredibly smoothly!

I’ve also got Jessie and Dan’s session at the University of Richmond campus to share this week! The University of Richmond has one of the nicest campuses I’ve ever been to, so this was a treat to shoot!

All in all, this past weekend was a great one! I made it home in time to get up early for a workout, had brunch with friends, and really enjoyed a full day off (my first one in over a week!).
