A Case of the Mondays #8

So the past couple days were filled with so many fun things I don’t even know if I can accurately describe how great of a time we had this weekend, but I will try!

It started on Saturday morning when I went to a spin class…omg. Have you ever done one of these? This was my first time and it was so much more intense than I thought it would be. I seriously thought I might start crying halfway through the class it was so intense! And when I left all I could smell was BACON cooking at Waffle House! Ouch. I actually felt really good AFTER the class was over…which kind of reminded me of how I hate myself during hot yoga but feel so great afterward.

I’m really glad I went to spin class though, because the rest of the weekend went by in a blur of all kinds of amazing things I got to eat…and drink. Like mimosas and sausage corndogs at the Continental, more nutella gelato (it’s addicting…okay?), philly cheesesteaks, and a COUNTRY FRIED STEAK BISCUIT. Basically my plan today is some cardio, lots of water, and lots of veggies.

It was so nice to spend so much time with friends this weekend! All of the people we got to spend time with are friends that we first connected with through my business which makes me feel so lucky! It’s just so cool that the business has given us more than a way for me to provide for our family…it’s also given us a wealth of good people who we genuinely care about. There aren’t many things in life that are so fulfilling and I’m so grateful that my job is one of them!

Speaking of my job, we were also in Richmond to shoot an engagement session! Stephen and Jessie met us in downtown Richmond and we spent the afternoon exploring Belle Isle, which I had never been to before! Here’s a peek at what’s to come on the blog later this week!
